A
catering usually consists of our staff delivering the
meal in disposable pans, setting it up, and leaving it
with you. We will prepare a buffet style serving line
on your tables. All equipment delivered is then yours
to keep. If you would like any staff to stay and serve,
there will be a small charge. We provide plates, utensils,
serving utensils, salt and pepper, cups, ice, limes,
sweetener and napkins.
We ask that you provide us with a final number of expected guests at
least 48 hours prior to the event. A delivery fee may be added depending
